About Suzie Severson
I am a Craniosacral, Reiki Master, Sound Therapist and PEMF Vibration Mat Therapist. I am a loving caring empath that has dealt with many issues such as anxiety, pain and trauma, I have been on this healing journey since 2015. I started Reiki Training in 2015-2017, It helped me with the anxiety and pain that I was experiencing and wanted to learn and share this with others.​
2016 I started to get into sound healing. I was taught by a mentor with one on one sessions, using the gong and crystal singing bowls and intuitively guided. I have played piano intuitively since I was a young child, as I got older I fell in love with the gong and crystal singing bowls. In 2021 I did Kundalini Yoga training at Yoga West in Vancouver, its mind, body and spirit yoga.
I learnt a lot about meditations and staying committed to the process of being present with myself and others. I also learnt yoga postures, meditations, breathwork and sound, it was an amazing experience. 2022 I began Craniosacral Therapy (CST) with Kari Toft. I was taught about the body structure, holding patterns and how to release stuck energy that's trapped in the body.
2023 I trained in Pulsed Electro-Magnetic Field Therapy (PEMF) Vibration Mat. This device has helped me with pain, sleep and ADHD. PEMF mat helps all the cells heal that's why I love it so much. I take a whole body approach by listening to the persons needs and working with the nervous system. I provide a safe, comfortable space for people to alleviate pain, relieve tension, ease emotional stress, improve mental clarity and heal.
